This dog models a Who Dat outfit befitting this year"s Barkus theme, “Barkus Goes Tailgating The Dogs Go Barking In.” The annual dog parade is held in the French Quarter.
Going for formality, this Sheltie sports a top hat for Barkus, which was founded in 1993.
Meantime, on Tuesday (Feb. 9), Reggie Bush (No. 25) is a crowd favorite at Lombardi Gras, also dubbed “Dat Tuesday” in honor of the Who Dat fans who turned out in record numbers for a Saints victory parade.
Saints kicker Garrett Hartley (No. 5), who kicked three field goals in the Super Bowl victory, enjoys his ride in the hot pink shoe float from the Muses parade that was part of the Saints celebration.
A joyous Sean Payton, Saints head coach, holds aloft the Lombardi trophy for the hundreds of thousands of cheering Saints fans on Tuesday"s parade route in downtown New Orleans.
