Tulane plans to renovate the former Warwick Hotel, adjacent to the School of Medicine, which has been vacant since shortly after Hurricane Katrina. Tulane will fill 154 apartments of the building with graduate students, researchers, physicians, faculty and other affiliates of its expanding downtown campus.
