The inaugural Tulane Research, Innovation and Creativity Summit will highlight the breadth of Tulane’s interdisciplinary research and cross-campus collaborations. The summit will take place Wednesday, March 1, and Thursday, March 2, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at The Jung Hotel (1500 Canal Street) and on the downtown and uptown campuses.

Tulane trauma psychologists have developed a successful program with the Coalition for Compassionate Schools to best reach students who are at risk of falling behind due to exposure to violence. The School of Law and the Center for Sport will host the 6th annual Tulane Entertainment and Sports Law Conference on Friday, March 3, and Saturday, March 4, at John Giffen Weinmann Hall. The conference will feature a keynote address by Jonathan Banks, actor and star of Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul and will also feature several influential lawyers and executives in the entertainment and sports industries who will discuss changes reshaping the fields.
