In celebration of Women’s History Month, the Tulane University Special Collections (TUSC), the Newcomb Archives and Vorhoff Collection (NAVC) will host an open house showcasing the artwork of Meredith Stern, Newcomb College alumna, feminist artist and curator. The open house will feature archival materials from TUSC and NAVC collections documenting the history of abortion in the U.S. and reproductive justice work. Stern, along with TUSC and NAVC staff, will be in attendance for conversation and questions. The Goldman Center for Student Accessibility at Tulane, the Faculty and Staff Living with Disabilities Affinity Group, and the Black Women’s Collective will celebrate Women’s History Month with a presentation by Renee Horton, NASA engineer, on Wednesday, March 29, in Room 203 in the Lavin-Bernick Center for University Life.
