The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit has selected “Seek and Hide: The Tangled History of the Right to Privacy,” by Tulane Law's Amy Gajda, for “One Court, One Book,” the court’s new common reading project. The summer program encourages staff of all the courts in the circuit to read the book and take part in a series of panels, discussions, and other programming centered on the book.

Freeman School of Business, and colleagues Jason Sandvik and Da Xu manually inspected the 2018 proxy statements of every firm in the S&P 1500 — a stock market index — documented and categorized voluntary disclosures and analyzed their effect on share prices.
