River and Lake Residence Halls are the first installment of The Village, the largest capital investment in Tulane’s history and one that will dramatically increase the capacity and impact of Tulane’s on-campus residential spaces.
The seven-story structures will enhance the student experience by providing innovative living and learning opportunities, featuring suite-style rooms, academic spaces, and social areas open to the entire Tulane community.

Roof repairs are nearing completion and steel framing has begun on the addition to historic Richardson Memorial Hall, home of the Tulane School of Architecture. Work is scheduled to be complete for the 2024-25 school year. Read more at the School of Architecture website.
