City dweller finds inspiration beneath Newcomb oaks.

“I like New York, but every square inch is a noise fest,” says James Fox, a frequent visitor from New York City, as he plays his guitar in the shade of the Newcomb oak trees on the uptown campus. He adds, “This is perfect — these beautiful old trees. There is great energy here.”
