Chef Oz Lemon, a culinary supervisor with Sodexo, slides a cheeseburger into place on Thursday afternoon at Gibson Quad just outside Richardson Memorial on the uptown campus. Lemon, who learned to cook in his grandmother’s kitchen, says his specialty is grilled chicken because “…of my secret seasoning, and it’s made with love. It’s as simple as that.”
