Working with advisers Charlotte Battiest, Doug Blanchard and Bill Hudlow, she launched Women Investing in Women — a space for women studying finance to explore career opportunities among like-minded peers.

The Pink Bra Run, organized by Krewe de Pink, is an annual 5K run/walk that supports Tulane Cancer Center’s breast cancer research efforts. This year’s run will take place Saturday, May 6, at 8 a.m. in Old Gretna near the Mississippi River levee, across from the Rivershack restaurant. The event will also feature the Pink Bra Bike Ride, in which cyclists can choose to complete a 9-mile bike ride from the Algiers Ferry landing down the levee bike path, through Federal City and Algiers Point, then through Old Gretna to the Pink Bra Runners’ Finish Line Celebration across from the Rivershack.
