Tulane recently received a $12.5 million gift from The Avalon Fund for the creation of the Center for Brain Health, which will specialize in the treatment of traumatic brain injury and post-traumatic stress disorder in U.S. military veterans. The Goldring Center for Culinary Medicine will host online cooking classes featuring healthy seasonal recipes made from common pantry items. The first class will be Wednesday, July 1, from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. CT via Zoom. The center also recently updated its website with several fresh and healthy recipes.
