Rhiana Gunn-Wright, one of the leaders of the Green New Deal, will speak at Tulane on Nov. 4 at 6 p.m. at Stone Auditorium as part of the “Actual Water and American Air” speaker series sponsored by Tulane School of Liberal Arts’ Environmental Studies Program.
