Demain Weidenhaft with Facilities Services fills the last of four roughly 500-gallon generators in preparation for the arrival of Gordon on Tuesday evening. A larger 2,000-gallon generator is available and ready to power the residence halls if needed. Sodexo staff members Courtney Shorts, Josette Neveaux and Ashley Brown, left to right, work together to fill over 4,000 snack bags to be handed out to students across the uptown campus. On the menu: a granola bar, an apple or orange, peanut butter, jelly, bread and a cookie. Tulane students Lakia Williams, left, Leah Jackson, center, and Seanna Mohan, right, wait in line at McAlister Market to purchase last-minute rations before heading to their residence hall for the evening.
