Dr. Greg Stewart, medical director for the Tulane Center for Brain Health (left) and Nate Boyer (right), former Green Beret and NFL player who co-founded Merging Vets & Players (MVP), have formed a partnership to serve military veterans and former professional football players in the New Orleans area. MVP was created to address the challenges that combat veterans and former professional athletes face in transition to a “normal” life after serving in professions that are physically and mentally demanding.

The Tulane Center for Energy Law will host its U.S.-China Energy and Trade Law forum Friday, Oct. 28, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the law school’s John Giffen Weinmann Hall, located at 6329 Freret St. The event will also take place virtually. The forum will feature four panels with global experts from industry, government, academia and other fields to discuss issues of energy and trade between the U.S. and China.
